Michigan No-Fault Insurance Catastrophic Claims provisions generally apply.  Other case by case considerations are also made by insurance carriers.

Is there a time limit regarding my eligibility?

The final approval is the right of the insurance company; however, the goal is for the patient to reach the highest level of function & independence to a pre-injury state.

Do I have options when choosing Physicians, Therapy Providers, Case Manager, or Medical locations?
Yes, the client is always the decision-maker and is empowered to participate in decision-making regarding medical treatment.

Will Medicaid/Medicare, or Blue Cross Blue Shield cover Case Management Services for my auto injuries?  No
